Splendid historic house in the center of a small village, just 18 km from the sea. The old house, dating back to the 1800s, was restored in the 30s and since then it maintains original multicolored floors, wood work (boiserie) and spacious rooms of the period. More recently it has been transformed in an artist residence so the large bedrooms became workshop room, exhibition space, still maintaining same large spaces for family life: the large hall, the living room, the large bedrooms distributed on 3 floors. The house is distributed on 3 floors plus attic (mezzanine) and cellars. Last restoration was focused on recovering original materials and charming restoration. The house is full of light during all the day and having garden on both front and back and a terrace overlooking the surrounding countryside, on the roof it is possible enjoying outdoor spaces. On the ground floor a double entrance from the garden in the kitchen or from the main door with access or to the central corridor. On the ground floor a large room connected to the living room with fireplace, the pantry, a toilette. On to the first floor, four large bedrooms with two bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms are used as exhibition spaces and archives by homeowners. On the second floor, other four rooms, used, as for the floor below, 2 as bedrooms and two as workshop. Another floor where we find the attic, a mezzanine and a magnificent terrace. Going back the ground floor, we can reach the old space of the cellars, large, very high and in good condition. From the hall, access the garden located on the back. House is very comfortable and all services can be reached by feet. Sea is just 18 km away and a little less we find the highway to the nearest airport (Ancona 50 km)
