There is a dining table at the large, floor-to-ceiling window where 3 people can dine - very cozy thanks to the old brick ceiling and the floor in natural stone design warmed by modern underfloor heating. Two people can sleep on the sofa bed (1.40 m). An oak staircase, under which the shower room is cleverly arranged, leads to the bedroom with workstation.Entrance via a wide garden terrace where you can sit and have a BBQ in small groups. For use at the neighboring cottage: common room (5 m²) with washing machine/dryer.
